Rance Property uses personal information collected from or about Vendors/Potential Vendors & Purchasers/Potential Purchasers to act as the Vendors Agent and perform our obligations under our relevant agreement with the Vendor.

We use information collected from Purchasers or Potential Purchasers to advise them of the market and relevant properties for sale. Information may be collected during open homes as a security measure. 

Rance Property may disclose information collected to the other parties for the purposes for which it was intended, including media organisations, internet promotion, existing and potential clients and their advisers, tradespeople, owners corporations, government and statutory bodies and to all third parties as required by law.

Landlords/Potential Landlord & Tenants/Potential Tenants

Rance Property uses personal information collected from or about Landlords/Potential Landlords & Tenants/Potential Tenants to act as the Landlords Agent and perform our obligations under our relevant agreement with the Landlord.

We may also use such information collected to promote our services and to provide market information to potential clients.

We use information collected from Tenants or Potential Tenants to advise them of the market and relevant properties for sale. Information may be collected during open homes as a security measure. 

Rance Property may disclose information collected to the other parties for the purposes for which it was intended, including media organisations, internet promotion, existing and potential clients and their advisers, tradespeople, owners corporations, government and statutory bodies and to all third parties as required by law.

Rance Property will only disclose information to other parties as required to perform their duties under the appropriate agreement or as otherwise allowed under the Privacy Act 1988.
