Rachel Cummins

Rachel joined the Rance Property team in 2016 as our bookkeeper and financial consultant, and found herself right at home.

Having successfully run her own business since 2005, Rachel brings with her an ability to relate to people and identify their specific needs, while supporting them towards their desired goals and outcomes.

Rachel’s proven negotiation skills have been invaluable to her clients as she often provides crisis support to business owners by consulting with financial lenders, representing clients undergoing audits and negotiating with the Australian Taxation Office, all while supporting the physical & emotional needs of the client.

Our Rance Property Team has been nurtured by Rachel’s helpful & positive attitude, her attention to detail and ability to thrive under pressure. Rachel maintains an exceptional level of knowledge in her work, keeping up to date with legislative changes and conducts herself ethically and morally.
Rachel has always had a passion for Real Estate and has gained many years of experience within the marketin her personal life with her Builder husband.

Rachel has a love for The Hills & Hawkesbury, having lived on acreage in Kenthurst, and now rural Glenorie.Her children have been schooled in local private schools. Rachel understands the ever changing needs that families face and she is well known and respected among the locals
Rachel has completed her Real Estate Certificate of Registration and has chosen to further her real estate qualifications by enrolling to study for her Real Estate License
